DISCLOSURES AND IMPORTANT NOTES TO OUR CUSTOMERS
All orders shipped out to TATTOO DETOX’s customers will return back to us if no one is available to accept the package or no one picks up the package from the shipping company's local station. TATTOO DETOX is not responsible for product not collected within the above described time period. TATTOO DETOX will charge re-delivery charges and processing fees if we need to re-ship a package. All personal and business checks take approximately 10-15 days of processing time. TATTOO DETOX verifies all foreign addresses. This process can take up to 2 weeks. All domestic orders paid by credit card can only be shipped to a confirmed address. Customers who would like to get their product shipped to an address other than their credit card statement address will be asked to contact their banks to list the shipping address with them. TATTOO DETOX will only ship to that address once the bank has confirmed the address. Shipping costs listed on the site are only for shipping within the U.S. International shipping costs vary by destination. International customers are contacted regarding shipping costs to their country once they have placed their orders. Prices may change at any time without notice. All promotional prices or discounts are only valid during the promotion period.
Refunds, Exchanges, Cancellation and Warranty
Tattoo Detox Products: All Tattoo Detox Products come with a full 120 day, 110% of your purchase price money back guarantee. Consumer must pay shipping charges to return the products and provide original order number when returning the products. Credit card charges will be credited back on original order credit card, then a check for the 10% additional will be mailed to the billing address.
Order cancellation: Any and all credit/debit card order cancellations are subjected to a 15% transaction and order cancellation processing fee. This covers the costs TATTOO DETOX incurs for processing an order.
Shipping Policy
Credit Card Payments TATTOO DETOX verifies billing and shipping addresses for all orders paid with credit cards. Both billing and shipping addresses must be listed with the bank or Credit Card Company and must be verifiable. TATTOO DETOX understands that many orders are purchased as gifts which may go to a different location than the actual billing address. TATTOO DETOX customers can do the following if their confirmed billing address is different than the shipping address: 1) Customers can authorize us to ship orders to their confirmed billing address. 2) Or, customers can call their bank and enlist their shipping address as an "Alternate address" with their bank. This process only takes five minutes and most credit card companies are aware of this process. This will allow us to ship orders to any location of customer's choice once the address has been verified.
Checks, Money orders and wire transfer: All checks require a 10-15 days processing time. Orders paid with checks, money orders or wire transfer can be shipped to customer's specified address.
International Orders: International addresses will go through verification process. This process can take up to 2 weeks. International shipping cost varies depending on the destination. All international customers will be notified about the shipping cost once order is placed (please email your complete address to tattoodetox@gmail.com if you would like to get a shipping quotation before placing your order).

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL TATTOO DETOX, ITS RESELLERS, SUPPLIERS OR THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS AND BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR IN TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), ARISING IN ANY WAY FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD OR PROVIDED BY TATTOO DETOX. IN NO EVENT SHALL TATTOO DETOX, LIABILITY EXCEED THE PRICE YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT IS THE SUBJECT OF THE CLAIM. Please note that some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Check your local laws for any restrictions or limitations regarding the limitation or exclusion of such damages.

RETURN POLICY. In order to return an item, call TATTOO DETOX (713-863-0757) before returning the item(s) to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). Clearly print the code on the outside of the package. TATTOO DETOX will be unable to process returns/exchanges without such a return code. REPLACEMENTS AND EXCHANGES. All approved warranty returns will be replaced with an item of equal or lesser value of your choice. Non-warranty returns may be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value of your choice, a maximum of one time per customer. See RETURN POLICY above for further details. In any case, TATTOO DETOX, will pay for the freight charges to send your replacement or exchange item to you. TATTOO DETOX, cannot offer cash refunds for items once purchased, regardless of the reasons for the exchange or replacement, and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
