Q: What is an Affiliate Program?
A: In general, an Affiliate Program is a way to generate revenue by referring customers to a merchant website. Each time a customer you refer makes a purchase, you earn a commission. You may refer people to the site using a link that has your affiliate code in it, or via e-mail and print using your affiliate code. At Tattoo Detox, each customer you send to us will generate a commission of 13% 20% of the sale directly to you. This percentage will go up from time to time for promotions and contests with affiliates.
Q: What does it cost to join?
A: It is absolutely free to join the Tattoo Detox Affiliate Program. There are no minimum sales requirements and you can cancel at any time.
Q: How does it benefit my site?
A: Beyond the commissions you'll earn, visitors to your site will appreciate the quality of products you refer. They will likely tell friends, which will increase your opportunity to earn commissions...all just from placing a link on your site!
Q: How do I create these links?
A: When you apply to become a Tattoo Detox affiliate, your acceptance e-mail will include your affiliate code and the link to the Tattoo Detox site that includes your code. Additionally, we'll send you banners and other resources to use on your site and in your emails. Simply download the banners you want, insert them into your site with your affiliate link, and you're set. It's that easy.
Q: Can I refer people through my printed newsletter or event handouts?
A: Certainly! Simply place your affiliate link within the referral text. Or, you can refer them to the page on your site that includes your affiliate link. Something like, "go to www.mysite.com and click on the Tattoo Detox banner at the top" would work great!
Q: What if someone uses my link, but doesn't buy right way? Will I get credit if they come back and buy?
A: Our affiliate system places a cookie on the customer's computer when they use an affiliate link like yours. If they return on the same computer within 90 days of their last visit via your link, you will get credit. If they use your link again, the 90 days starts over again.
Q: How often do I receive commissions?
A: Commission checks of $25 or more are mailed monthly for the previous calendar month's activity. If your check is less than $25, we will simply carry that amount over to the next month.
Q: What about returns?
A: Customers will be required to use a credit/debit card or PayPal to make a purchase. In the event the charges are disputed or fraudulent, your account will be debited for the amount of commission earned on that transaction.
Q: Is my site eligible to become an Affiliate?
A: Although most sites qualify to become affiliates, we do reserve the right to reject or cancel the affiliate account of any site we feel contains objectionable material. This would include (but is not limited to) sites with violent/hate, pornographic, racist, or gambling related content.

A: How about right now? Just fill out the online affiliate application. We will review your application. Approval usually takes 1-3 days. Upon approval, you will receive a welcome email, which will include your affiliate information and easy instructions on how to get started.
